How to Book Us

Please remember that You only have to pay a retainer at the time of booking.

We are able to accept your retainer via Check, Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, or Money Order.  The Retainer consists of 25% of the Package total, plus any additional fee's (Travel, Topaz Extra's, etc). The remaining balance is due in 2 more payments, 50% is due 6 weeks prior to your event, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. No checks will be accepted after that time. A signed contract AND paid retainer is required to book your date. The Retainer is non-refundable..

Sapphire Package

  • Consultation with the bride and groom to obtain information about the wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow.
  • Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary.
  • Attendance and direction at the rehearsal (up to 2 hours).
  • Confirm with vendors for final arrangements for the wedding day.
  • Attend, oversee and direct the ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours).
Ruby Package

Ruby Package

  • Sapphire PLUS
  • Review selected vendors’ contracts.
  • Confirm vendors for wedding day.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments with vendors for clients to meet with them for final preparations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in timely manner.
  • Follow-up with Bride and Groom to obtain marriage license.
  • Track gifts received and send out thank you cards if requested.
  • Assist bride and groom in picking up wedding rings and ensure proper fit.
  • Provide photographer with list of photos to be taken.
  • Provide instructions to videographer.
  • Confirm music lists and arrangements with musicians.
  • Confirm transportation arrangements.
  • Confirm flower order and arrangements with florist.
  • Confirm rental requirements and drop-off times.
  • Pick up any ceremony or reception accessories not provided by rental company or caterer (e.g. candles, goblets, ring pillow, guest book, cake knife, etc.).
  • Advise bride and groom to purchase gifts for bridal attendants, parents, ushers and each other.
  • Coordinate the payment of final fees to vendors (if requested by client).
  •  Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors’ services/products.

  • Prepare and develop a budget.
  • Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists.
  • Assist with selecting and booking of ceremony and reception venues.
  • Assist with selecting and booking an officiant for the wedding.
  • Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.
  • Assist with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations.
  • Oversee Guest list and Track RSVP’s.
  • Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories.
  • Research, negotiate and book suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, videographer, musicians, etc.).
  • Review vendors’ contracts and coordinate with vendors.
  • Provide information to obtain a marriage license.
  • Ceremony and Reception planning.
  • Prepare itineraries, seating list and seating cards.
  • Instruct attendants about their duties.
  • Direct the processionals, recessionals and receiving line.
  • Coordinate the collection of gifts received on the wedding day.

  • Announce the engagement and coordinate an engagement party.
  • Assist with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests.
  • Prepare a unique ceremony and vows.
  • Assist with planning the wedding shower and/or get-together for the groomsmen.

  • Plan a rehearsal dinner/party.
  • Assist with Honeymoon planning.
  • Send out thank you cards.
