How to Book UsPlease remember that You only have to pay a retainer at the time of booking. We are able to accept your retainer via Check, Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, or Money Order. The Retainer consists of 25% of the Package total, plus any additional fee's (Travel, Topaz Extra's, etc). The remaining balance is due in 2 more payments, 50% is due 6 weeks prior to your event, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. No checks will be accepted after that time. A signed contract AND paid retainer is required to book your date. The Retainer is non-refundable.. Rehearsal & TravelOnly our Opal Package comes with a rehearsal included. None of our other Officiant Packages automatically include the Rehearsal. If you'd like to schedule a Rehearsal with us, there is a modest $50.00 fee to cover our additional time and travel expenses. Rehearsal's are scheduled based on our availability, so double check with us. You can always add it on closer to the wedding date if you like as well. Travel Fee's are also not included in the pricing you see here. In order to help each client save as much as possible, we do not build the travel into the overall fee, but add it as a separate line item. The closer you are to us, the less the travel fee is! Within 15 miles of our home office is FREE. 16-20 miles is $10.00, 21-30 miles is $20.00. See the pattern? If you book with one of our preferred vendor's, we can waive certain fee's. Before we waive those fee's though, we do confirm the booking with the vendor in question.

Topaz Extra's These Ceremonies require additional supplies, and are handcrafted in most instances to reflect your style. This additional Ceremony can be easily incorporated into ANY Officiant Package, and can range from $50 and up in most stores. $40.00 Quartz Package This is a civil ceremony similar to what you might have in a Judges Chambers. It is Designed for those Couples who just want to be married, no fuss, no big plans. This Ceremony is performed in the Offices of Sylver Weddings. If you do not have a Witness, one will be provided. You must still provide the Marriage License, obtained from your local County Clerk's Office. Great for couples who choose to Elope, without the fuss of Vegas. There is NO Customization of the Marriage Vows with this Package. $75.00 |
